Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love everything you buy from us! If something’s wrong, we’re happy to help with a return. Just check the policy details below and fill in the form to get started.

Returns & Refunds

  • You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Once approved, you’ll have 14 days to send it back.
  • Items must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Digital downloads are non-refundable.
  • Proof of purchase is required – simply provide your order number when submitting a return request.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

How to Start a Return

  1. Fill out our Return Request Form (at the bottom of this page).
  2. We will review your request within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, return the item to:
    Unit 501, Moat House, 54 Bloomfield Avenue, Belfast, BT5 5AD.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your choice.
  • Refunds may take up to 7 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
  • If your item was a gift, you’ll receive store credit instead of a refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • We do not offer exchanges for damaged or faulty items.
  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, submit a Return Request Form and submit photo proof of the issue. 
  • You can choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit for the item’s value. (Shipping costs are not included in the refund or store credit.)
