Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love everything you buy from us! If something’s wrong, we’re happy to help with a return. Just check the policy details below and fill in the form to get started.
Returns & Refunds
- You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Once approved, you’ll have 14 days to send it back.
- Items must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Digital downloads are non-refundable.
- Proof of purchase is required – simply provide your order number when submitting a return request.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
How to Start a Return
- Fill out our Return Request Form (at the bottom of this page).
- We will review your request within 2 business days.
- If approved, return the item to:

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your choice.
- Refunds may take up to 7 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
- If your item was a gift, you’ll receive store credit instead of a refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- We do not offer exchanges for damaged or faulty items.
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, submit a Return Request Form and submit photo proof of the issue.
- You can choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit for the item’s value. (Shipping costs are not included in the refund or store credit.)
