• Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
• International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Returns & Refunds

✔ You have 7 days to request a return after receiving your item.
✔ Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
✔ Digital downloads and sale items are non-refundable.
✔ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, submit a return request with photo proof. You may choose a refund or store credit for the item’s value. Shipping costs are not included in refunds.
