πŸŽƒ Halloween Jack-O’-Lantern Quesadilla

A fun, festive, and baby-friendly Halloween treat! Perfect for little hands and curious taste buds.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large eggπŸ₯š

  • Small tortilla

  • 20g carrot, peeled, grated, and gently squeezed to remove excess water

  • 20g cheddar cheese, grated

  • Β½ tsp extra virgin olive oil or unsalted butter for cooking

Method:

  1. Carefully cut out a Jack-O’-Lantern face from the tortilla.Β 

  2. Peel, grate, and squeeze the carrot, then place it in a bowl.

  3. Add the egg and cheese to the bowl and combine.

  4. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the oil or butter.

  5. Pour in the egg mixture and spread evenly.

  6. Place the tortilla and cook for 2–3 minutes.

  7. Flip carefully and cook until the egg is ready.

  8. Serve warm 🍴
